About the position

The ITW/AA Cyber Enterprise SME position at Addx Corporation is a senior engineering role focused on systems engineering and integration within the Integrated Tactical Warning and Assessment (ITW/AA) framework. This hybrid position requires a strong background in cyber and systems engineering, with responsibilities including leading integration tasks, maintaining communication pathways, and supporting senior-level meetings that impact the enterprise. The role demands a self-starter who can effectively liaise with various stakeholders and manage critical data and systems integration efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with all data providers across the ITW/AA enterprise.
  • Provide updates to and periodically validate databases of interface controls and message formats.
  • Organize meetings and milestones in the Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) process to facilitate recommendations for configuration changes to the ITW/AA systems and interfaces.
  • Plan and execute the ITW/AA Enterprise Working Group (IEWG), Missile Warning Algorithm Working Group (MWAWG), and other meetings as required.
  • Maintain the Classified and Unclassified ITW/AA SE&I portals to facilitate information sharing.
  • Participate in efforts tied to the stand-up of the ITW/AA Lead Program Office (LPO) and the establishment of the ITW/AA As A Weapon System (IAAWS) Assessment Management System (AMS).

Requirements

  • Top Secret Security Clearance required, with SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, with a graduate degree in a related field preferred.
  • 10 years of experience required in the respective technical/professional discipline, with 3 years including missile warning domain experience.
  • Must reside within one hour of Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), CO.
  • Strong self-motivator with the ability to work well independently and in a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to follow through and complete HQ-level assignments/tasking with an emphasis on attention to detail and professional interaction with senior leaders.
  • Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Nice-to-haves

  • Extensive background in missile warning operations with previous experience working in the NORAD-NORTHCOM Command Center preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of ITW/AA change control management.
  • In-depth understanding of ICDs and data architecture.
  • Experience with cyber approval processes.
  • Experience with AI/ML preferable, especially with emerging cyber security tools.
  • Must be able to brief in front of audiences effectively.
  • Understanding of the ITW/AA architecture and multitude of different systems and message formats utilized from the sensors to the correlation centers to the forward users.
