About the position
The IV Specialist RN position at Rapid Recovery is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional IV therapy in a spa-like environment. The nurse will be responsible for starting IVs and ensuring a positive patient experience while adhering to strict medical safety and infection control protocols. This role requires reliability and a friendly demeanor, as the nurse will be the primary caregiver for the location, catering to a higher-end clientele who expect a high level of service.
Responsibilities
- Start IVs for patients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction during the IV therapy process.
- Adhere to medical safety and infection control protocols.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for patients.
- Follow established policies and procedures without deviation.
Requirements
- Current RN License with no disciplinary actions.
- Proven experience as an IV starter with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Reliability and commitment to consistent attendance.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a spa or similar low-stress healthcare environment.
