About the position

The IVR Engineer with .Net Experience is responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of both web and desktop-based solutions. This role requires extensive experience in full stack application development, particularly with modern technologies and IVR systems, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack applications using C#, .Net Core, MVC, ASPNET, SQL, and other modern technologies.
• Implement IVR solutions using AWS technologies such as Connect and Lex.
• Develop and maintain web services APIs.
• Mentor and collaborate with business users to deliver effective solutions.
• Conduct testing and ensure the quality of applications before deployment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full stack application development experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .Net Core, MVC, ASPNET, SQL, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Redux.
• Experience with IVR systems and AWS technologies like Connect and Lex.
• Extensive development experience with MS SQL Server and Cosmos DB.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Web Services APIs.
