About the position
As a Private Client Investment Associate at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting Private Client Advisors by providing client service, operational marketing, and administrative support. This position involves interacting with clients to deliver tailored investment solutions, managing relationships, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures. Your contributions will help deepen client relationships and enhance the overall client experience.
Responsibilities
- Support Advisors' book of business by facilitating operational requests such as account opening, money movement, and investment trades.
- Build and maintain client relationships by processing requests, resolving issues, and providing up-to-date information.
- Assist Advisors with ongoing wealth planning for clients and managing referral sources and new lead generation.
- Manage relationship and account reviews, promoting firm services to deepen client relationships and prepare performance reports.
- Engage in Risk Management, including Know Your Customer procedures and Account Reviews.
- Support business unit operational procedures and compliance requirements, including completion of required operational forms and documentation.
- Prioritize daily work, track progress, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Maintain and foster team culture.
Requirements
- A valid and active Series 7 license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
- If registered after October 1, 2018, a valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam is required.
- A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of starting the role.
