About the position

The Private Client Investment Associate Program Manager at JPMorgan Wealth Management is responsible for leading a team that focuses on the recruitment, training, and development of Private Client Investment Associates. This role involves strategic leadership, effective communication across business units, and spearheading projects that drive organizational change and improve team operations, aligning with company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the strategic direction for the Advisor Support team, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, training, talent development, compensation, and advisor alignment.
  • Serve as a key senior leader within Chase Wealth Management, collaborating with Divisional and Regional Field Leadership to deliver top-tier client service.
  • Spearhead projects that drive significant organizational change and impact across various business functions.
  • Streamline team operations to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, aligning with company objectives.
  • Guide and mentor teams to strengthen collaboration between regions, markets, Private Client Investment Associates, and Advisors.

  • Valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam if registered after October 1, 2018.
  • Valid and active Series 7 license required or must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
  • Valid and active Series 66 (63/65) and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
  • Valid and active Series 9/10 or Series 24 license required or must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
