About the position

The Team Member at Jack in the Box is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing excellent service, high-quality food, and maintaining a clean restaurant environment. This role involves performing various workstations in accordance with company standards and guest expectations, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by consistently providing excellent service and quality food.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant interior and exterior.
• Prepare and assemble food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow food safety policies and procedures to ensure food safety for guests.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in training new team members and support co-workers as needed.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure a positive resolution.

Requirements

• Previous guest service or food preparation experience is helpful.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; knowledge of another language may be required based on location.
• Basic math skills to handle cash register operations and transactions.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
