About the position

The JAMF MDM Architect position is a contract role focused on managing and enhancing mobile device management (MDM) systems within a healthcare environment. The role involves overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and updates of shared clinical devices, ensuring effective integration and support for unified communication systems. The position requires collaboration with various teams and vendors to facilitate project execution and improve operational workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and gold image of all shared devices for clinicians and patients.
  • Implement, develop, adapt, integrate, and enhance JAMF (MDM) and Healthcare Listener systems.
  • Handle daily changes, updates, patches, and upgrades to the MDM system as per team policies.
  • Participate as a member of the Delivery & Quality Team.
  • Support other ISS unified communication systems and projects, updating SOPs and training materials as needed.
  • Act as the team liaison to vendor resources related to device management activities.
  • Develop and execute action plans to remove project barriers related to application builds.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of JAMF MDM experience in a healthcare-related organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of best practices regarding workflows, policies, procedures, systems, and culture in the application area.
  • Previous management experience and effective leadership skills.
  • Prior MDM application management experience preferred.
  • Superior organizational skills and customer service orientation.
  • Project management experience to manage project plans, lead meetings, prioritize tasks, and resolve conflicts.
  • Demonstrated skill in system workflow and business process flow analysis and design.
  • Ability to influence and shape consensus, lead discussions, and present to clinical and business operations leaders.
