Responsibilities

• Independently clean restrooms, offices, break rooms, locker rooms, kitchenettes/pantries, showers, stairwells, corridors, elevators/escalators, and other work areas.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Remove trash and recycle materials.
• Dust furniture and fixtures.
• Polish metal fixtures or trimmings.
• Replenish restroom supplies.
• Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Complete and maintain all required training.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or 6 months of previous custodial work experience.
• Ability to carry out simple but detailed instructions.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers.
• Must possess a positive team member attitude.
• Ability to interact effectively with employees with disabilities.
• Ability to work in environments with narrow, moving, and/or slippery surfaces.
