Additionally, the Facility Manager will be responsible for tracking and ordering consumables inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for the cleaning team to perform their duties without interruption. Effective communication is crucial in this role, as the Facility Manager will need to interact professionally with team members, upper management, and clients. The ability to resolve conflicts and address any issues that arise promptly is essential for maintaining a harmonious work environment. The manager will also be responsible for tracking and reporting weekly progress, providing custom reports tailored to specific sites, and assisting with employee recruiting and onboarding processes. Responsibilities

• Managing labor needs for the cleaning crew.

• Performing additional duties as needed to ensure job completion.

Requirements

• Must be able to work well with the cleaning crew/team.
• Physically capable of completing the job, including being on feet for the entire shift.
• Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to effectively resolve conflicts.
• Ability to professionally communicate with team members, upper management, and customers.
