About The Position

The Janitorial Maintenance Worker at Henry's Collision Center is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the facility and its exterior. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks, minor repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in cleaning and landscaping is preferred.
• Entry-level position.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, breakroom, restrooms, hallways, and shop daily.
• Empty trash, sweep, and clean surfaces daily.
• Keep the building in a clean and orderly condition.
• Maintain the exterior property including trash clean up, mowing, weed whacking, snow plowing, shoveling, and sanding salting of parking lot and sidewalks.
• Mop, dust, wash floors, vacuum, and clean windows.
• Empty all trash and cardboard every day.
• Perform minor repairs of equipment and fixtures as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and established procedures.
• Maintain company standards and programs for safety, fire prevention, and security.
• Maintain productivity levels at or above company standards.
• Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Maintain good communication with the management team and associates.
• Provide outstanding customer service, including shuttling customers to and from home.
• Communicate any needed repairs and/or maintenance work needed.
• Maintain a quality of performance of all specific duties and responsibilities assigned.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
