About the position

The Janitorial Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of janitorial services in a large facility, ensuring that all operations meet contractual obligations and quality standards. This role involves managing both day and night shift staff, developing supply orders, and maintaining customer satisfaction while optimizing the overall profitability of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage day and night shift staff to ensure completion of services per contract
• Oversee and develop supply orders in conjunction with monthly budgets
• Develop efficiencies and overall P&L of contract
• Assure quality control and daily customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in custodial services
• Experience managing a staff of 20 or more people
• Proven experience managing multiple shifts
• Custodial experience managing up to 1 million square feet of administrative space
