About the position
The Janitorial Supervisor at SurgiCleanNH is responsible for overseeing a team of custodial staff in commercial and clinic settings. This part-time role focuses on ensuring high-quality cleaning standards, adherence to company policies, and effective communication within the team. The position offers opportunities for advancement and requires a flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee team members at their respective accounts
- Oversee performance quality
- Maintain adherence to company policies
- Maintain supply inventory at each account
- Conduct training when necessary
- Provide schedule coverage when necessary
Requirements
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Qualified individual must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Must be able to work independently and have dependable transportation
- Supervising experience
- Custodial experience
- Cleaning experience
- Commercial cleaning experience preferred
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in acute healthcare is a plus
- Experience is not required, but preferred
