About the position

The Janitorial Technician position at LaurelCrest Capital is a full-time role focused on maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of the facility. The technician will work the evening shift from 12pm to 8pm, Monday through Friday, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in a GMP certified environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all glassware, tools, and other items using triple bin sink protocol.
• Complete all scheduled cleaning activities related to the laboratory and facility as required.
• Clean floors, doors, windows, fixtures, walls, and other surfaces.
• Safely prepare and apply sanitation chemicals and detergents according to established procedures.
• Daily removal of trash and recycling to appropriate disposal bins.
• Clean bathrooms, offices, hallways, and other common areas.
• Respond to unexpected janitorial requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of sanitation activities, chemical usage, and inspections.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and follow food safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Janitorial experience in a food production facility.
• Knowledge of CGMP and GMP standards.
• Ability to operate sanitation equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Excellent communication skills.
