About the position

A supplier for a major Japanese manufacturing company is seeking a Japanese bilingual Client Relations Manager (Project Manager). In this role, you will be responsible for client engagement and satisfaction, utilizing your adept communication skills in both English and Japanese to effectively interact with clients. You will address their needs promptly and efficiently, managing commercial discussions and projects to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Your strategic insights and negotiation skills will be crucial for achieving mutually beneficial agreements, while your ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems will be essential in maintaining positive client relations. Cross-cultural collaboration will be a key aspect of your work, as you will be liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address their needs promptly.
  • Manage commercial discussions and projects to enhance client relationships.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a commercial position with a focus on project management in the Automotive Industry.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP technology is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
