About the position

Jared is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time Sales Associates to provide exceptional customer service and support operational standards. The role focuses on creating a Customer First culture, managing customer traffic, and ensuring compliance with operational activities. Sales Associates will engage with customers to understand their needs, present merchandise, and meet sales goals while contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
