Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of telecom solutions in accordance with 3GPP standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and specifications.
• Write, review, and maintain high-quality code in Golang, Java, and Python.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in telecom systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development and design, with a focus on the telecom domain.
• Strong experience with 3GPP standards and telecom protocols.
• Proficiency in programming languages: Golang, Java, and Python.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cloud-based technologies and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies.
• Understanding of network functions virtualization (NFV) and software-defined networking (SDN).
