About the position

The Java Angular Developer role involves executing software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting. The position requires a strong focus on building secure and high-quality production code while ensuring design constraints are met. The developer will also be responsible for analyzing diverse data sets to improve software applications and contribute to a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect within the team.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with innovative approaches.
• Develops secure and high-quality production code and maintains existing applications.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met.
• Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets for continuous improvement.
• Contributes to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Java Spring Boot.
• Proficient in developing and managing web applications in Java Micro Services Architecture with Hibernate/JPA.
• Hands-on experience in developing Cloud-ready applications for AWS, Azure, or other industry-standard Cloud platforms.
• Experience in developing UI applications using Angular or React.
• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with Cloud Foundry or AWS.
• Object-oriented design skills.
