About the position

Trillium Professional is seeking a Java / Angular Developer to work in Richmond. This role involves designing and coding using modern frameworks and technologies, with a focus on Java and Angular development. The position requires extensive experience in IT and software development, particularly in web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and code using Java and modern frameworks such as Angular and Typescript.
• Develop web-based software applications using J2EE architecture, JSP, Servlets, and other technologies.
• Work with relational databases, specifically Oracle and MSSQL, for design and development.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address software development challenges.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT.
• Proficient in Java, J2EE architecture, JSP, Servlets, XML, JSON, XSL, SQL, PL/SQL, JDBC, OO Design, CSS, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, and Eclipse.
• Ability to design and code using modern frameworks such as Angular and Typescript.
• Experience with .Net and C# is a significant advantage.
• Experience in relational database design and development with Oracle and MSSQL.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
