About the position

The Java API Developer will be responsible for solving complex architectural and business problems through the development of high-performance Java applications. This role involves participation in the full development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support, while applying software engineering best practices to ensure scalability and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex architectural and business problems in a clean and scalable manner.
• Apply software engineering best practices to produce high performance Java applications.
• Involvement with the full development lifecycle of analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment and support.

Requirements

• Core Java (7+ years)
• Multi-threading and Synchronization on multicore systems
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Principles
• Solid architectural understanding of enterprise applications
• Experience with REST based APIs
• Spring/Hibernate
• Oracle PL SQL Experience
• Agile development experience
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written; ability to face off to business users.
• Good team-work skills, and the ability to work in a distributed global team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the determination to achieve his/her goals.
