About the position

The Java AWS Developer role involves designing and developing complex application systems using Java and AWS technologies. The position requires collaboration within teams to achieve common goals and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile software development methodology and practices throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Develop and implement applications using Java, J2EE, Spring, and Microservices.
• Utilize SCM tools such as GIT and Jenkins for version control and continuous integration.
• Design and build complex application systems using Java/J2EE/Spring technologies.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and documentation for Java/J2EE systems.
• Work collaboratively in teams to develop meaningful relationships and achieve common goals.

Requirements

• Experience in Agile software development methodology and practices.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, Microservices, and Webservices.
• Working knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis/Object Oriented Design methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with SCM tools such as GIT and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Relational Databases like Oracle/SQL Server, SQL.
• Strong working knowledge of IntelliJ, Maven, and Tomcat.
• Experience with application development on Java, J2EE, Spring, and MVC.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of architecture, design, and business processes.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages.
• Experience with Web service technologies including SOAP/REST.
