About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with over 8 years of experience to join our team in Richmond, VA. This position is primarily focused on developing and maintaining backend services and applications using Java technologies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing server-side applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and debugging applications, as well as conducting code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices. The successful candidate will be expected to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and to contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes. Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves
