About the position

The Java Backend Developer position at Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. involves developing scalable applications and solutions using modern technologies. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain data intensive & scalable applications using technologies like Spark, Flink, Kafka, and various database technologies.
• Shape up application & platform architecture under the guidance of architects and create meaningful technical documentation following industry standards.
• Define and implement data models as per business requirements.
• Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in OOPs development, preferably in Java, with other programming languages also acceptable.
• Experience in large-scale software development.
• Excellent software engineering skills, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Strong problem-solving, investigative, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with distributed computing systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Working knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes.
