About the position

Coforge is seeking a Java Developer with expertise in both backend and frontend technologies to join their growing team. This role requires a strong foundation in Java development, particularly with Java 11+, and familiarity with various frameworks and tools. The position is office-based, with team members expected to work onsite three days a week in one of the American offices located in Dallas, Phoenix, or Tulsa. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java 11+, Spring Framework, and Angular 10+.
• Implement micro-services architecture and design patterns.
• Utilize cloud services, particularly Azure, for application deployment and management.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB and Oracle DB.
• Manage CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions and Terraform.
• Conduct testing and monitoring using tools like Ready API, Cypress IO, Postman, Selenium, Rest Assured, Dynatrace, and Azure App Insights.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Java development, particularly with Java 11+.
• Proficiency in Spring Framework and Angular 10+.
• Experience with micro-services architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services including App Service, Event Hub, Key Vault, Logic App, and ACI.
• Knowledge of database management with MongoDB and Oracle DB.
• Experience with DevOps practices, specifically CI/CD using GitHub Actions and Terraform.
• Proficient in testing and monitoring tools such as Ready API, Cypress IO, Postman, Selenium, Rest Assured, Dynatrace, and Azure App Insights.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Spring Cloud and Spring Kafka.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
