Clear communication regarding project status, proposals, and technical aspects such as software system design and maintenance is essential. The role also involves supervising software programming initiatives and overseeing the creation of technical documentation to ensure that all processes are well-documented and easily accessible. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and will demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer service and interpersonal relations. An independent work ethic with proficient time management skills is necessary to thrive in this role. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, specification authoring, development, testing, and delivery.
