Intelliswift Software Inc. is seeking a Java Developer - III to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. This position is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days onsite work, with the remainder being remote. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development, particularly in creating distributed applications using Java and J2EE. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing web-based Java applications that align with business requirements. The successful candidate will follow approved life cycle methodologies, create design documents, and perform program coding and testing. Additionally, the developer will be responsible for resolving technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. The candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least five years of proven experience in application development. This includes extensive experience with the Spring Framework stack, MVC, UI frameworks, and working with relational databases. Hands-on experience with Software Configuration Management (SCM) tools is essential, along with a minimum of two years of experience in microservices architecture and development. Familiarity with cloud application development and containerization platforms is preferred. The role requires creativity and the ability to work independently while relying on experience and judgment to accomplish goals. The position typically reports to a supervisor or manager and requires candidates to meet specific citizenship criteria.
