Responsibilities

• Demonstrate experience in the agile software development process.
• Architect, design, and develop web applications using HTML, XML, and J2EE frameworks.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Provide support in specialized technology areas including web design, planning, and maintenance.
• Assist with strategic or tactical planning for technology needs.
• Support user training as required.
• Contribute to or develop technical documentation and presentations.
• Utilize methodologies and tools to perform assigned tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of design, development, and testing of Java applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to interface with clients and gather requirements.
• Experience working in small, rapid-development teams.
• Strong communication skills.
