About the position

The Java Developer will be responsible for the design, development, integration, testing, performance tuning, and maintenance of various web-based applications. This role requires collaboration with clients to gather requirements and facilitate meetings, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and specifications.

• Provide requirements/specifications for web-based applications.
• Design and develop Java applications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in design, development, and testing of Java applications.
• Ability to interface with clients and gather requirements.
• Ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance or have Secret Clearance.
• Security+ Plus Certification at the time of start.
• Ability to work in small, rapid-development teams.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with J2EE, JavaScript, and Web Services.
• Experience with XML.
