About the position
The Java Developer position is part of the Fraud Claims and Credit Assistance Technology team, focusing on building components for Claims Processing related to card fraud and fraud monitoring. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams and involves both application and website development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java applications for fraud claims processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Implement RESTful web services and integrate with existing systems.
- Participate in Agile development processes and DevOps practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of applicable experience in software development.
- Proficiency in JAVA JEE, Spring, and REST Web Services.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and RDBMS, particularly Oracle.
- Experience with Agile Development and DevOps methodologies.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and cloud migration.
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of in-memory cache management (REDIS).
