About the position

The Java Developer position focuses on building and enhancing security-focused applications within the Security Central division, specifically in the Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) system. The role requires a strong Java developer with a passion for learning and problem-solving, contributing to both backend and frontend development in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily standups and work on assigned tickets.
• Develop and maintain the Java backend with a MongoDB database attached.
• Contribute to the frontend using Svelte or similar frameworks.
• Work within an infrastructure using AWS, Terraform, and Concourse.

Requirements

• 8+ years of development experience.
• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and MongoDB.
• Experience with frontend tools, preferably Svelte, or similar frameworks like React or Angular.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Concourse, Jenkins, or Baboo.
• Experience with Terraform and AWS.
• A background in security.
