About the position

The Java Developer will join the Fraud Claims and Credit Assistance Technology team to work on building components for a Claims Processing system related to card fraud. This role involves collaboration with multiple teams and requires strong communication skills as the project progresses. The position is hybrid, requiring three days on-site work in Pennington, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Java applications for fraud claims processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and progress.
• Participate in Agile development processes and DevOps practices.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications and services.
• Utilize SQL and RDBMS (Oracle) for database management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of applicable experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in JAVA JEE, Spring, and REST Web Services.
• Experience with SQL and RDBMS (Oracle).
• Familiarity with Agile Development and DevOps methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and Cloud Migration.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
• Experience with in-memory cache management (REDIS).
