Wipro Limited is seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ. This full-time position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience with Java 8 and Java 11, and a strong understanding of big data technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, HBASE, and distributed computing frameworks for large-scale data processing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize applications, ensuring they are scalable and efficient. Your expertise in Apache Spark, Scala, and Spark SQL will be crucial in leveraging the Spark ecosystem tools and libraries to enhance our data processing capabilities. Additionally, you will utilize your Linux scripting skills to automate processes and improve system performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be working in an agile environment and will need to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders. Familiarity with tools such as GIT/BitBucket, Gradle, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence for building Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines is also required.
