About the position

The Sr. Java Developer position is a hybrid role based in Lansing, MI, requiring extensive experience in Java development and related technologies. The role involves developing complex computer systems and requires a strong background in Java, SQL, and various frameworks. The position is expected to last for over six months and is open to local candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex computer systems using Java.
• Utilize Java IDEs such as Eclipse and STS for development.
• Program in SQL and/or PL/SQL.
• Implement projects using Java JEE Struts and JEE Spring/SpringBoot Framework 3.0.
• Work on projects involving Angular/React JS and JavaScript frameworks.
• Leverage AWS, Databricks, and Elastic search in development projects.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Java development.
• 12+ years of experience with Java IDEs such as Eclipse and STS.
• 12+ years of programming experience in SQL and/or PL/SQL.
• 8+ years of experience with Java JEE Struts and JEE Spring/SpringBoot Framework 3.0.
• 5+ years of experience with Angular/React JS and JavaScript frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS, Databricks, and Elastic search.
