About the position

Genesis10 is seeking a Java Developer for a 12+ month contract position in the financial industry, located in Minneapolis, MN and Dallas, TX. The role involves providing code coverage, test automation, and deployment activities in a private cloud environment, along with production support and active participation in scrum team ceremonies. The developer will also consult on moderately complex initiatives and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Provide code coverage, test automation, and deployment activities to private cloud environment
• Production support / issue triaging, active participation in all scrum team ceremonies
• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables
• Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
