About the position

The Java Developer position is a hybrid role focused on the integration of The Infatuation website and apps, specifically aimed at rebuilding the web application to be compatible with banking technology. The role requires a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on backend development (70%) and some frontend work (30%).

Responsibilities

• Integrate The Infatuation website and apps with banking technology.
• Rebuild web applications to ensure compatibility with banking tech.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement frontend features using React and Typescript.
• Utilize SQL for database management and queries.

Requirements

• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Experience with React and Typescript for frontend development.
• Strong SQL skills for database interactions.
• Working proficiency in Core Java development tools and techniques.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with common frameworks.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices.
• Familiarity with Test Driven Development and Cloud Development.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AWS.
• Familiarity with Octagon and next.JS.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
