About the position

The Front-End Developer position focuses on the development, maintenance, and back-end system administration of corporate retail sites, microsites, and web applications. This role requires collaboration with creative design, business, and UX teams to create HTML5/CSS3-based web properties for both desktop and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of back-end programming architecture and technologies used in web projects, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate retail sites and web applications.
• Collaborate with creative design, business, and UX teams.
• Create HTML5/CSS3-based web properties for desktop and mobile platforms.
• Utilize JavaScript, JQuery, and Ajax for front-end development.
• Implement responsive and adaptive design methodologies.
• Work with React.js, Less, SaSS, and Angular.js.
• Manage content in content management systems like AEM or SDL.
• Use design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Axure.
• Understand and maintain design principles.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a web developer.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in web development.
• Extensive knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Proficient in JavaScript, JQuery, and Ajax.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design methodologies.
• Familiarity with React.js, Less, SaSS, and Angular.js.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., AEM, SDL).
• Strong understanding of design principles and tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Omniture and other tracking software.
• Corporate and agency experience.
