About the position

The Java Front End Developer role focuses on creating and enhancing user interfaces using React.js and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards. The position requires a strong background in Java and various frameworks, with an emphasis on user experience design principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.js.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, WCAG 2.1, and Section 508 standards.
• Collaborate with UX designers to implement user experience best practices.
• Utilize Java and relevant IDE tools for development tasks.
• Participate in Agile development processes and team meetings.
• Implement backend services using Spring Boot and Spring Data.

Requirements

• Strong background with React.js (5 years required).
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS Frameworks (5 years required).
• Knowledge of ADA, WCAG 2.1, Section 508 compliance policies (5 years required).
• Experience with current JAVA and relevant IDE tools (3 years required).
• Experience with JPA framework (2 years required).
• Experience with Spring framework (2 years required).
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Data (2 years required).
• Experience with Java 8+ (3 years required).
• Experience in an Agile development environment (2 years required).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience programming in the JBOSS Enterprise environment (2 years desired).
