About the position

Wipro Limited is seeking a Java Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Schaumburg, Illinois. This role is pivotal in driving our clients' digital transformation initiatives through innovative technology solutions. As a Java Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications using Java and Spring Boot, while also leveraging Azure Cloud services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement microservices and REST APIs, ensuring that our solutions are scalable and efficient. In this position, you will utilize your hands-on experience with public cloud orchestration and workflow services, such as SWF and Logic Apps, to enhance our cloud capabilities. Your expertise in version control systems like GIT, along with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, will be essential in our CI/CD processes. You will also have the opportunity to work with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, and contribute to frontend development using frameworks like Angular or React, if you possess those skills. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java Full-Stack technologies.
• Implement microservices and REST APIs to support application functionality.
• Utilize Azure Cloud services for application deployment and management.
• Work with public cloud orchestration and workflow services like SWF and Logic Apps.
• Manage source code using GIT and ensure version control best practices are followed.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Participate in CI/CD processes to streamline application deployment and updates.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Java Full-Stack development.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with public cloud orchestration services like SWF and Logic Apps.
• Experience with version control systems, specifically GIT.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with RDBMS, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Frontend development experience using Angular or React.
