About the position

The Java FSE Lead/Manager will oversee the user interface layer of the site, collaborating with developers, architects, and technology decision-makers. This role involves guiding the strategic direction of enterprise-level architecture and delivering innovative IT practices that enhance business value. The position requires a strong background in Java development and experience in leading projects in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Play a Java Full Stack Engineer role - Lead Developer - Java FSE
• Participate in all project key partner meetings to understand business requirements
• Complete assigned user stories in a given sprint as an individual contributor
• Craft modules individually as needed
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies and perform sprint-level activities
• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of assigned user stories/features from development to deployment
• Resolve team's technical issues and ensure effective communication between offshore and onsite customer partners

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in Java Development
• Experience with J2EE technologies: Java, JSP, JMS, JAXB, JDBC, EJB
• Proficiency in Spring Boot framework
• Experience with front-end technologies, specifically Angular
• Familiarity with build/deployment tools: Maven, Gradle, Git, Junit, Mockito, CI/CD
• Experience with DevOps toolchain: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
