About the position

The Java Full Stack Architect position at Cinergy Technology Inc. is a senior-level role focused on leading the design, development, and deployment of full stack Java applications within a hybrid work model at the JPMorgan Chase office in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full stack development, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture, providing both technical expertise and leadership in complex enterprise-level projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack Java applications, ensuring scalable and robust architecture.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for high-availability and fault-tolerant systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Drive innovation in cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), ensuring best practices in cloud architecture.
  • Mentor junior developers and engineers, providing technical guidance and leadership.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards, and optimize application performance.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipeline integration and automation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in full stack development, emerging technologies, and security best practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java full stack development and architecture.
  • Expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong experience with front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Solid experience with database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Proven track record with microservices architecture and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in application development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in financial services or working at a large enterprise is a plus.
