Akraya is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. This position is a 12+ month contract role that requires a strong background in Java and JavaScript, as well as experience with various web technologies and relational databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to field engineers and technicians, troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues, and acting as a customer advocate for users of our platform. This role is hybrid, requiring two days onsite each week, specifically on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The pay range for this position is between $40 and $45 per hour, depending on experience. In this role, you will respond to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. You will provide support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, and networked or wireless systems. Additionally, you will report design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to the design engineering or software engineering teams. Your role will also involve advocating for customers by providing support to users and administrators of our platform, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
