Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AEM-based solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM components seamlessly.
  • Develop and customize AEM components, dialogs, widgets, templates, and workflows based on project requirements.
  • Architect AEM solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Develop reusable AEM components and integrate them with third-party systems.
  • Implement and optimize AEM features such as component structures, path management, vanity URLs, asset management, dynamic media, and tag management.
  • Lead back-end development efforts, leveraging Java libraries, REST, Sling, SOAP, and other web technologies.
  • Perform Adobe product administrative tasks, including infrastructure setup, performance optimization, and security configurations.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in AEM development, including web technologies like JSP, JavaScript, XML, XPATH, AJAX, and JQuery.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe APIs, Apache Sling, OSGi bundles, and Apache Web Server.
  • Full-stack development experience, covering both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Expertise in Java, Java EE, Servlets, and HTL/Sightly, combined with enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring.
  • Experience with end-to-end AEM implementations, preferably with AEM as a cloud service.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and web components.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Exposure to Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Experience with various code management, code quality, and continuous integration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
  • Familiarity with other CMS platforms is a plus.
