SynergisticIT is seeking entry-level software programmers, Java Full Stack developers, Python/Java developers, Data Analysts/Data Scientists, and Machine Learning engineers for full-time positions with various tech clients. The company focuses on bridging the gap between employer requirements and employee skills, providing candidates with the necessary training and support to succeed in the tech job market. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with top tech companies and receive assistance with visa applications, including STEM extensions and H1B/Green Card filings.

Responsibilities

• Assist candidates in acquiring the necessary skills and experience for tech job placements.
• Provide training and support for programming languages and software development life cycles.
• Facilitate job placements with top tech companies such as Apple, Google, and PayPal.
• Help candidates with visa applications and extensions for employment in the tech industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, and understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of statistics, Gen AI, LLM, computer vision, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with NLP, text mining, Tableau, PowerBI, Databricks, TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with Core Java, JavaScript, C++, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
