About the position

The Java Full Stack Developer position in Irving, TX, is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 11 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, focusing on both backend and frontend technologies, specifically Java and Angular. This hybrid role involves working onsite three days a week and offers opportunities for H1B visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Java for the backend and Angular for the frontend.
• Work across the full stack, from designing user interactions on the frontend to developing server-side logic and database architecture.
• Develop RESTful APIs and web services using Java (Spring Boot).
• Implement business logic, security, and data storage layers.
• Optimize server-side code for maximum performance and scalability.
• Build and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries using Angular.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code ensuring responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement interactive user interfaces, focusing on user experience (UX) and accessibility.
• Design and maintain relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative and agile team environment.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality.

Requirements

• Minimum 11 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong background in Java for backend development.
• Proficiency in Angular for frontend development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services using Java (Spring Boot).
• Knowledge of database management, including relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance.
• Experience in building responsive and accessible user interfaces.
