About The Position
DTS is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer for a direct client position in Lansing, MI. This role is designed for a full-stack Java developer with strong front-end skills, who will be responsible for supporting the Development and Maintenance programs. As a software developer, the individual will collaborate closely with the project manager, application owner, and resource manager, working within an agile development team to organize work, develop, test, and deploy code. The position involves a variety of complex tasks and may report directly to a project lead or manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong front-end development skills and will work alongside UI/UX designers to build user interfaces and responsive applications. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, as the developer must be self-directed, committed, and a quick learner. The role requires a deep understanding of various programming languages and frameworks, as well as the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies as needed.
