About The Position
As a Java Full Stack Developer at FIS, you will be part of a dynamic team that is driving a transformational journey within the Client Engagement group of Banking Solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology. You will be involved in enhancing operational efficiency and improving customer satisfaction through automation, enabling self-service, and accelerating digitization efforts across various employee and client touchpoints. The team utilizes a combination of hybrid AI/ML and traditional RPA frameworks to build intelligent solutions that address high-impact problems. In this position, you will perform analyses of business goals, objectives, and needs within the FIS segment, division, group, or line of business. Your responsibilities will include conducting research and analysis to support business operations and presenting your findings to your manager or project leader. You will also be tasked with planning and designing business processes, making recommendations for improvements, and implementing changes to enhance business systems and activities. Utilizing systems and data effectively to resolve business issues will be a key part of your role, as will identifying and implementing best practices to improve current practices. Additionally, you will calculate and estimate costs and benefits of alternative actions or solutions to establish their viability and return on investment.
