About the position

The Java Full Stack Developer role is focused on designing and developing software systems using Java and related technologies. The position requires a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with an emphasis on large-scale systems. The developer will be responsible for coding, deploying, and maintaining software applications while also participating in on-call support rotations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software systems using Java and related technologies.
• Code and deploy large-scale systems.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation.
• Implement multi-threaded and distributed programming solutions.
• Utilize JDBC, SQL, and Object-Oriented design principles.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field plus one year of experience in the job offered or related occupations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field plus five years of progressively responsible experience in the specialty as equivalent to the Master's degree.
• Minimum of 3-4 years' experience designing software systems.
• 8 years' experience in coding and deploying large scale systems.
• Experience in multi-threaded programming and distributed programming in Java or C+ on Linux.
• Experience with JDBC, SQL, and Object Oriented design and design patterns.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in large scale enterprise teams/extensive design.
