The Workforce Management Specialist at Motion Recruitment is a pivotal role within a well-known Financial Services Company located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position is a long-term contract opportunity, expected to last for 18 months with the possibility of extensions or conversion to a permanent role. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with some of the brightest minds in one of the largest financial institutions globally. In this role, the Workforce Operations Lead will be responsible for owning the end-to-end process for resource and workforce planning. This includes managing requisition approvals, tracking attrition, monitoring Emotional Intelligence metrics, and ensuring workforce hygiene. The individual will serve as a primary point of contact for managers and business services leads (BSLs), representing the department to central process teams. The position requires a strategic mindset to consult on complex initiatives that have a broad impact and involve large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting. The Workforce Management Specialist will also be tasked with reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted challenges within Technology Business Services Consulting. This involves in-depth evaluations of various factors, including intangibles and unprecedented elements that may affect outcomes. The role demands a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables effectively. Strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel are essential components of this position, ensuring that the workforce management processes align with the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end process for resource/workforce planning.
  • Manage requisition approvals and attrition tracking.
  • Track Emotional Intelligence metrics and workforce hygiene.
  • Represent the department to central process teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Information Technology experience in support of Business Services or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
  • Technology workforce/resource management experience.
  • Process Management skills with the ability to model process flows and drive integration and improvement.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
