We seek a highly skilled and dynamic Full Stack Developer to join our team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing all business processes and ensuring compliance with controlled processes according to business requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Subject Matter Experts, and the Development team to define and analyze user stories tracked in Jira. It is essential to work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that Technology Initiatives and requirements are accurately reflected in the backlog and that best practices are being followed throughout the development process. As a Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using a modern technology stack. You will demonstrate solutions and articulate business value to business partners during sprint showcases. Active participation in investigating platform issues and performing end-to-end testing will be required as needed. Prior experience working on Agile scrum teams in a scaled framework is preferred, as you will need to develop and maintain professional relationships with all customers. You will coordinate with various teams, raise support tickets for all issues, analyze root causes, and assist in the efficient resolution of all production processes. Additionally, you will assist customers by providing development support for all applications and perform tests on all installation processes for infrastructure. Performing tests on production and development applications, preparing recovery procedures for all applications, and providing upgrades will also be part of your responsibilities. A good knowledge of batch processing is essential for this role.
