About the position

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Tempe, AZ. This position is a contract role that requires a strong background in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, microservices, Oracle, and PL/SQL. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that the final product meets the needs of the business and its users. In this role, you will design and develop user-friendly interfaces while ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components. Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code is essential, as is performing thorough testing and debugging of applications to deliver high-quality results. You will also be tasked with optimizing application performance and scalability through performance tuning and code optimization techniques. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies is crucial for continuous improvement in your skills and knowledge. You will work closely with UI/UX designers to implement responsive design principles and enhance the overall user experience. Additionally, integrating third-party APIs and services will be part of your responsibilities, as well as conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner will also be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, React, microservices, Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries like REACT JS.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in agile development methodologies is a plus.
