About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in Java, Angular, Spring, and Kafka. This hybrid position based in Tampa, Florida, requires a strong background in full-stack development, particularly with Java as the primary skill. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience and a solid understanding of various technologies and frameworks relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Angular, and Spring frameworks.
• Implement and manage Kafka for messaging and data streaming.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and ensure proper integration with front-end components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and user experience.
• Ensure the application is scalable and maintainable by following best practices in coding and design.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Angular and Spring frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of J2EE, Servlets, JSP, and JMS.
• Good understanding of XML and XSD mapping.
• Familiarity with REST API and HTTP protocols.
• Basic knowledge of database concepts including Views, Joins, and Data Model Structure.
• Oracle Certified Associate Java SE 8 Programmer certification is required.
• Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer certification is preferred.
• Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 11 Developer certification is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools such as EBX.
